Order Process

To order stationary please download and complete the below attachment and email it to us at orders@arttcards.co.uk or if you prefer you can print it out and post it to us.

We recommend where possible you order all of you stationary at once. Please estimate as best as possible order of service, placecards etc. These numbers must be confirmed 6 weeks before the delivery date. Remember to order a few spares for any errors made when writing invitations or extra guests!

We will then confirm your order, price and wording requirements before sending you a full proof for you approval.

Once you have received the proof and it meets you approval you must then sign and date the proof and return it to us with your deposit. Work will not commence on your order until we have received your signed proof and payment. The remaining balance will be required before you order is dispatched.

At present we take payment by cheque, postal order or Bank transfer. Work will not commence or orders dispatched until the payment has cleared into our bank account which may take up to 7 working days for cheques.

We understand that the run up to a wedding can be a very expensive time so we may be able to offer a longer term payment plan. Please be aware that orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. Contact us to see what we can arrange for you.
